THE NAME'S FrANK.
Hi there! My birth certificate says Franklin Joseph Claymore, but people just call me Frank. In short, I am a wilderness photographer. I travel a ton, and take photos at the same time. I absolutely love what I do, so I'm glad I've been able to do be a photographer for what seems like forever.
Ever since I was a kid, I practically lived outdoors. I climbed trees, built forts, caught lizards, and bathed in mud. The only time I would come inside was for meals. I remember having a note pad that I would carry around to sketch different things I found interesting. My parents saw my desire to capture moments found in the wilderness, and thought it best to buy me some disposable cameras. From that point, I was hooked. I probably went through hundreds of disposable cameras, until I was 14. At that point, I received my first ever digital camera. That moment 13 years ago made my life what it is today.
In its simplicity, I love to take photos, and the fact that I get paid for it makes it all the more better. I have the best job. My goal is to share the sights I see with all. Everyone should be able to experience that. My photos have been published numerous times and I have won a few awards in my lifetime, but nothing gives me greater joy than being outdoors.
"I have the best job. my goal is to share the sights I see with all. everyone should be able to experience that."
So, that's enough about me. Well, almost. I am a freelance photographer by trade, so if you happen to catch me while I'm not on a shoot, email any fun photo ideas, and perhaps we can work together soon.
